Ive called my railway the Rickety Shed Light Railway because thats where it all started. The shed has now finally departed in a skip but the name has stuck. Having aborted the mk2 design, mk3 is now under way, watch this space for progress! I've also started to document my planned indoor line called The Flixton Industrial Tramway
I have a growing collection of locomotives, coaches and wagons.
I have a couple of FotoPic collections: One showing 16mm scale subjects and one showing real narrow gauge locomotives.
The first thing I did when I decided to start modelling in 16mm scale was join the Association of 16mm Narrow Gauge modellers, this got me a really helpful "Getting Started" booklet and a quarterly magazine.
I also subscribe to an e-mail list about 16mm modelling, I find it very useful to be able to discuss my problems and questions with like minded people from all over the world, I've certainly learnt a lot from these modellers.
Whats New?
